What are your payment terms?
80% upfront 20% upon completion
What is your turnaround time on a project?
It can take anywhere from a 3 – 21 days depending on the type of website and most importantly, the promptness of communication between Gridweb and the client. The sooner you get back to us, the sooner we complete your project. If you have all the images and content (optional), then it be delivered much faster. All projects needs to be completed within a 30 day period.
Is it possible to setup a meeting to discuss my website?
We can come to you anywhere in Cape Town or we simply a phone call away. We charge a call out fee. If you are located in another province, then we are also available through Teamviewer, Live Chat, Skype, Email and Telephone.
Do you offer monthly packages?
We do not offer monthly packages, as there is no need. We built a solid foundation from the start and the website comes SEO ready. We also offer free technical support for up to one year. If you require a monthly package for guaranteed ranking or updates for your catalogue, please let us know.
What does the 1 Year Tech Support Include?
The tech support include all updates and maintenance. If anything is broken, we will fix it. It does not includes website updates with regards to content and images, although we are able to assist you with this.
What do I need to get started?
We do all the planning and layout of the website. We can supply you with basic content writing and stock images. However, we require a clear description of your business, the type of services/products you will offer, suggested colour schemes, target market etc. Please contact us for more information.
Are your website design mobile and tablet friendly?
We spend a lot of time on our designs. Please see our portfolio. We make sure that everything is desirable not only for Google, but also your target market. Thus, all our websites is mobile and tablet friendly.
I am from another province can you assist?
Of course! More than 80% of our web projects are done remotely. We also work with many international clients.
What happens after you hosted my website for 12 months?
We offer 1 year free hosting. After 12 months annual domain and hosting fees apply. We bill you every 12 months for hosting after the 1st year.
I have a logo and/or hosting and/or domain etc?
That is great! Please indicate this to us during our discussion and we might be able to to provide you with a 10% discount.
What happens after you maintained my website for 12 months?
We offer 1 year free technical support, maintenance and website updates. After 12 months we do not charge you for anything, except the billing of your annual domain name and hosting.

No problem. In order for us to deliver on the quality we are known for, we need have a clear understanding of the direction/identity you like for your business. We do have a questionnaire and these questions will help you shed more light on your business and in turn help us to deliver the quality website we are known for.
Do you charge per hour or page for extra work?
We do not charge per hour or per page. We go and above beyond the scope of what we promise. However, when it comes to extra work (outside the scope of what we agreed on) that might take hours and days to do, then we find an alternative solution or we might ask you to pay extra for modifications.
What happens after my website is live?
Once, we receive the outstanding balance, then we will migrate and make your website live. We also provide you with all the relevant files and documents needed. You will then receive 1 year technical support and relevant updates. Your website will be ready for visitors and sales. Everything is systemized, so all you can do is to focus on your business.
